LCSC: Had a solid season and finished third on the team in hitting at .336...played in 39 games and started 32, both as a catcher and designated hitter...finished 43-of-128 at the plate with eight doubles and eight home runs, which also was third on the team...finished fourth in RBI with 389 and his .602 slugging percentage was second on the team...had a .981 fielding percentage...hit .346 with runners in scoring position, including a .706 percentage with a runner on third and less than two outs...started career with a bang as he hit two home runs in season-opening win over Concordia...his best outing came three days later when he drove in eight runs in a 13-2 win over Corban... in that game he hit a two-run home run in the second and a grand slam in the fourth...two weeks later, again against Corban, he hit another grand slam...had four home runs after the team’s first four games...redshirted the 2010 season after being diagnosed with testicular cancer.

COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Ohlone Junior College in the San Francisco Bay area…he was a two-year starter at catcher and was voted first-team All-Coast Conference both seasons…he was selected to play in the California Community College All-Star Game…during his sophomore season, he hit .326 with 12 doubles and three triples…he drove in 16 runs and stole 17 bases…he first signed with the University of Nevada out of high school but transferred to Ohlone after his first semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from West High School in Tracy, Calif., in 2007.

PERSONAL: Born on Oct. 26, 1988…parents are Dana and Debbie and he has one brother, Daniel, and three sisters, Kiki, Andrea, and Whittney…lists his hobbies as martial arts and weightlifting…he is a Business Administration major.
