HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Kentlake High in Kent and graduated in 2009…earned two letters in baseball where he was the captain his senior year…played shortstop and third base...earned first team all-South Puget Sound League honors his junior and senior seasons and was a second-team all-state pick as a senior…his team took second place in the state tournament during his junior season… he hit .522 as a senior and .438 as a junior.

PERSONAL: Born September 8, 1990 in Seattle to Bobby Joe and Carroll Tannehill…he has one sister, Maria...is majoring in Kinesiology…hobbies include hunting and golf.
