LCSC: Redshirted in 2011 because of an injury...played in 18 games in 2010 and started seven of them…hit .259 (7-for-27) with four doubles and one RBI…had 72 putouts without an error and caught two of eight base stealers…one of his best games came against Willamette when he went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs scored.  

JUNIOR COLLEGE:
Played one season at Douglas Community College near Vancouver, British Columbia…earned second team All-North Region in the NWAACC and also won a Gold Glove for his defensive play…led the team with a .340 average, eight doubles, and 12 stolen bases, and was second on the team with 19 RBI…won the Gord Ellis Memorial Award for excellence in community service and commitment to baseball.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Kwantlen Park Secondary in Surrey, B.C., in 2008…played baseball for former Warrior Dennis Springenatic and was co-captain of the team his senior year as a catcher…led team with .338 average, 21 RBI, 23 runs, and 22 stolen bases senior year…served as co-captain as a senior.

PERSONAL:
Born on Feb. 27, 1990…parents are Jim and Connie and he has one sister…real name is William but prefers Will…lists his hobbies as country music, hockey, fishing, and being outdoors…has a cumulative GPA of 3.8…he is majoring in Kinesiology…won the Orest Springenatic Award for the Whalley Little League…played for the Thunder Bay Border Cats in the summer of 2010 and plans to play for them again in 2011.
