The Warriors tallied a three-round total of 1,069. They were six shots behind Victoria, British Columbia.
The LCSC men's season came to an end, as they finished fifth.
The weather was a factor during Tuesday's round. While some players completed their round in mild conditions, most of the Warrior women played in blustery weather, coach Paul Thompson said.
Only the top team is guaranteed a place in the NAIA national tournament. But there are at-large bids, and the Warriors, who were rated 24th in the most recent national poll, are hoping to grab one of those.
"One of the raters was at the tournament," Thompson said, "and he still figures we have a good chance of being selected."
There will be new ratings on Thursday and May 13. L-C won't know until the second poll if it gets a spot.
The Warriors' Ilka Loubser will be at nationals regardless of her team's fate. She earned that spot by placing in the top 15 at last year's tournament.
The national tournament will take place May 25-28 at Daytona Beach, Fla.
