Warrior Women's Golf Program signs recruit for 2005-2006 Season

Lewiston, ID -- The Lewis-Clark State Women's Golf Program recently signed Kayla Miller, a high school senior from Sisters High School in Sisters, Oregon.

Miller finished 2nd in the State of Oregon High School State Championships, leading her team to a third place finish.

Head Coach, Paul Thompson, thinks that Miller will have an immediate impact and is excited by the signing of the high school senior.  "Kayla has a very nice golf swing, along with an excellent understanding of the game.  She is long off of the tee, with great accuracy and control, and chips and putts very well.  She is a complete player."

The Warrior Women are currently ranked 13th in the latest NAIA national poll and will be in action again on March 21-22, playing in the Northwest Intercollegiate Golf Tournament at The Reserve Golf Course in Portland, Oregon.
