The Lewis-Clark State College men’s golf team is ranked No. 22 in the second Golf World/Nike Golf NAIA Coaches’ Poll of the season, which was released Wednesday.
The Warriors, who were not ranked in the Top 25 in the first poll, moved into the No. 22 spot with 44 points, just three behind No. 21 Bethany. LCSC also is the top-ranked Frontier Conference team. Montana Tech is the only other conference team to receive votes.
Oklahoma Christian is the new number one team in the poll, earning eight of the 11 first-place votes. The Eagles have won both of their spring tournaments, beating previous No. 1 British Columbia in the first event.
Rounding out the top-five are British Columbia, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Baptist, and Malone.
