The Lewis-Clark State College women’s and men’s golf teams both fell one spot in the NAIA Golf Coaches second Top 25 poll of the spring, which came out on Friday.
The Warrior women fell to No. 16 in the poll, while the men are now No. 25.
Oklahoma City was the unanimous No. 1 pick in the women’s poll with all 19 first-place votes. British Columbia, the highest ranked team in Region I, came in at No. 4, while Concordia moved up one spot to No. 13. The University of Victoria is at No. 15 with 303 points, while LCSC is next at 302 points. Rocky Mountain is at No. 17 with 287 points.
On the men’s side. Oklahoma Christian drew 18 of the 20 first-place votes to remain at No. 1, while British Columbia drew the other two first-place votes and is second. The University of Victoria is at No. 9, while LCSC is at No. 25 with 121 points. Missouri Valley is at No. 24 with 122 points.
The Warriors resume action on April 13-14 when they play host to their portion of the Frontier Conference regular season tournament. The two-day, 54-hole event will be held at the Lewiston Country Club.
