The Lewis-Clark State College men’s golf team climbed two spots into a tie for 20th in the third Golf World/Nike Golf NAIA Coaches’ Poll, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America.
The Warriors were ranked No. 22 in the previous poll, but moved into a tie with Davenport of Iowa with 47 points, just one behind No. 19
Oklahoma Christian remains the top team in the NAIA poll, having won twice in three spring events and finishing second in the other. The Eagles earned five of the nine first-place votes to keep them ahead of No. 2 British Columbia and No. 3 Oklahoma City.
