PERSONAL: Born June 6, 1986 to Mike and Rene Azzara… Has two sisters, Monique and Audre…  Graduated from Soldotna High School in 2004… Was a left-winger on his high school hockey team for four seasons… He then spent two years at South Mountain Community College in Arizona and graduated in May of 2007… His hobbies include hockey and fishing.
