LCSC CAREER: Enjoyed an outstanding season last year, capped by being the Frontier Conference’s Co-Player of the Year and a first-team all-conference pick for the third straight season... After combining scores at the five conference tournaments, she tied for the overall low score… Started the season with a bang by taking the opening round lead at the first conference tournament before settling for second overall… Finished second on the team in the other two fall conference tourneys and also at the University of Victoria tourney, continuing her solid play… Began the spring by being the team’s top scorer at the LCSC Invite and her opening round of 79 helped her tie for second overall… Also finished second overall and first on the team at LC’s portion of the conference tournament and had a 79 and 78 over the final two rounds at the Lewiston Country Club… Won medalist honors at conference tournament at Westminster and a final round of 73, the best score in the tourney… Opened national tourney with a 77 and finished with a four-day total of 331, which tied her for 47^th overall…As a sophomore, she was one of two golfers to lead the Warriors in a tournament when she was the team’s top finisher at the first fall tournament and then tied for top team honors at the national tournament, where she tied for 73^rd overall. … As a freshman, she was named the Frontier Conference’s Freshman of the Year and was LCSC’s top finisher at nationals, claiming the No. 52 spot…. She also was medalist of the LCSC Invitational. 

GOLF HIGHLIGHTS: Going to the NAIA national tournament both years and earning all-conference honors as well as Freshman of the Year honors… Also placed 10^th at the Washington Women’s State Amateur last summer.

PERSONAL: Born April 10, 1988 in Omak, Wash., to Tim and Kay Shrout. … Always wears shorts on the golf course, no matter what the temperature is. … At Okanogan High, she qualified for the state tournament all four years and finished third overall as a junior and fourth as a senior… Made the Dean’s List every semester she’s been at LCSC.
