Drew Reinland, a member of the Lewis-Clark State College men’s golf team, was tabbed as the Frontier Conference’s Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
Reinland’s efforts helped push his team to a first-place finish and keep them in second-place in the overall conference standings. The Warriors, last year’s FC champion, will play at two more conference tournaments in the spring including one at the Lewiston Country Club in early April.
Reinland, a sophomore from College Place, Wash., earns the award for his standout play at the Frontier Conference tournament in Billings, Mont., last week. He won medalist honors at the event with a 10 under par 203. His three rounds were 67-67-69.
