2002-2003 Outlook

Men's Golf:

    The 2002-2003 LCSC men's golf team should be very competitive again this year.  Returning are, Seniors Brad Faller (Redmond, WA) and Luke Baker (Priest Lake, ID; Juniors Derek Williams (Kellogg, ID) and Sophomore Tyson Kovash (Pinehurst, ID).  Luke Baker has a very successful summer and has continued to improve his game.  Brad Faller qualified for a tournament in Taiwan due to his high placement at the National Tournament last year.  Derek Williams and Tyson Kovash has also continued to improve their games from last year and we are expecting them to be strong contributors to this year's team. Ozuna will also be a contributing factor to the men's team.  Overall we will have a very successful fall season and should continue to improve as the spring season approaches.

Women's Golf:

The 2002-03 LCSC Women's golf team should see improvements over last year's team.  Returning are Senior Caroline Bradley (Squamish, BC) Junior Laura Jefferson (Lewiston, ID) and sophomores Katie Foresmann (Lewiston, ID) and Leslie Hodge (Pinehurst, ID).  Caroline Bradley is returning after her third consecutive trip to the National tournament where she finished in the top 20.  Laura Jefferson, Leslie Hodge and Katie Forsmann have worked very hard on their games over the summer and should show a lot of improvement from last year.  Coming off a very good season from Lewiston High School, Krista Solem will be a  great addition to the team.  The women's team this year should be very competitive and show marked improvement.
