SPOKANE – The Lewis-Clark State College women’s tennis team managed to force Gonzaga into the third set twice in singles play, but still came up empty with a 7-0 loss to the NCAA Division I Bulldogs at the Spokane Racquet Club on Saturday.
Both Jamie Chan at No. 1 singles and Riley Moorhead at No. 4 singles were able to force a third set before falling.
LCSC is now 3-5 on the season and will play host to the University of Montana on Friday.
