The Lewis-Clark State College women’s tennis team moved up one spot while the men’s team fell two spots in the third regular season NAIA Tennis Coaches’ Top 20 polls, which were announced on Wednesday.
The Warrior women climbed to No. 20 in its poll, while the men’s team is now at No. 19.
Both teams are coming off their annual spring break trip to California to face some of the top NAIA teams in the country.
Auburn Montgomery remains the top-ranked team in both polls. In the men’s poll, Auburn Montgomery drew 11 of the 12 first-place votes, while in the women’s poll Auburn Montgomery had 12 of the 14 first-place votes.
Both LCSC teams resume action on Friday. The Warrior women take on the University of Alberta at noon, while the Alberta-LCSC men play at 8 p.m.
