LCSC men's tennis team tops Seattle 5-2
MOSCOW, Idaho – The Lewis-Clark State College men’s tennis team defeated Seattle University 5-2 on Saturday afternoon. The Warriors swept the doubles matches and won the No. 2, 3, 4, and 6 singles matches against the NCAA D-I opponent.
In singles, Kevin Lee, Zhia Hwa Chong, Arslan Mermut, and Mickael Sopel each won their matches in straight sets.
In doubles, Lee and Chong worked together to win the No. 1 match 8-2, Sabastian Kuhn and Tyler Oram won the No. 2 match 8-6, and Richard Muszynski and Jonatan Berhane fought for a 9-7 victory at No. 3.
Saturday’s contest was the Warriors’ first match since March 28.
