BEFORE LCSC: Attended Skagit Valley Community College for two seasons where she played both singles and doubles on the tennis team where she earned team MVP honors both years… Placed second in the conference tournament in singles and doubles her sophomore year after finished third in singles and second in doubles as a freshman… Also was an outside hitter and defensive specialist on the volleyball team for a season… Attended Sedro-Wooley High School and played tennis for four seasons and volleyball for three. She was team captain for both squads her senior year… Won two district championships in doubles and was a three-time all-league selection… Also placed sixth in the 2004 state tennis tournament in doubles… Was team MVP her senior year… Also was the Skagit Valley Herald’s Player of the Year in tennis her junior and senior years… Was an all-league and MVP selection in volleyball.
