The Lewis-Clark State College women’s tennis team remained at No. 14 and the men’s team stayed at No. 19 in the postseason NAIA Tennis Coaches’ Top 25 polls, released by the national office on Tuesday.
The Warrior women garnered 196 points in the poll after advancing to the second round of the national tournament in Mobile, Ala. The program, which has now made 18 appearances at nationals, finished the season at 8-15 overall.
LCSC’s men’s squad received 131 points. The Warriors, who have made 21 appearances at nationals, went 11-9 on the season and narrowly missed receiving an at-large bid to the national tournament.
The polls were voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences/independents/unaffiliated groupings.
