Paisley Marks, a senior at Clarkston High School, has signed a letter-of-intent to compete for the Lewis-Clark State College track team next year, Warrior coach Mike Collins has announced.
Marks is the first thrower to sign for next year in what Collins expects to be a good group of young throwing coming into the program.
Marks, a senior for the Bantams, has season bests of 101-10 in the discus, 102-8 in the javelin and 31-4 in the shot put.
Marks also was the goalie for the Bantam soccer team.
“We believe she has a lot to add to the program as a thrower and will develop under the tutelage of our throwing coaches,” Marks said. “She also sets the bar high in the classroom coming in with a high school GPA of 4.0 and will be the valedictorian at Clarkston.”
