WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST
ABOUT LCSC? It´s small
and you get to know people
fast
WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST
ABOUT THE LCSC CROSS
COUNTRY/TRACK PROGRAMS?
My teammates and coach´s
fanny pack :) We have a
really good program and
workout ethic. Coach is big
on good communication and he
makes sure we know we are
allowed to ask questions
about workouts so we know
why we are doing what we are
doing. Our retreat at the
beginning of the year is
also a favorite. This is a
time for the new people and
the returners to bond and it
is a good start to the year
WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST
ABOUT BEING AN ATHLETE AT
LCSC? People at school
and in the community take an
interest in our teams which
makes it more fun. The
athletes also care about how
other teams are doing and we
show support for each other.
I like that we have a good
culture on the team and
among other sports
