Both teams performed well at the Whitman Invitational last week as the men cruised to a first-place finish and the women claimed second and missed the title by only seven points.
The men received 310 points in the poll, after receiving 231 in last week’s poll, which puts them within 10 points of the three teams ranked above them. The women received 484 points, up from 427 last week, and are now only 13 points behind No. 8 ranked Concordia University-Irvine.
The Warriors next meet is the Eric Anderson Invite in Spokane, Wash. on Sept. 26.
