COLLEGE: Had a great first season with the Warriors and placed fifth at the Frontier Conference meet, which earned him all-conference honors and helped the team sweep the top five spots. Finished 22^nd at the Bob Firman Invite… Came on strong at the end of the season and was the team’s No. 4 finisher at the NAIA national meet… Started the indoor season with a 13^th place finish in the mile at Washington State and continued to perform well.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned 11 varsity letters overall at Clackamas High School… Qualified for state in cross country three years in a row… He was second team all state in 2007, first team all-league three years in a row, a Farmers Insurance Group Scholar Athlete, and he won the OSAA 2008 Award of Excellence… Won three letters in swimming, four in cross country, and four in track.
