COLLEGE: Placed eighth at the Frontier Conference meet, which earned him all-conference honors for the second straight season… Also was part of the seven-member team that finished No. 22 at the NAIA national meet… Started the season with an eighth-place finish at the Whitman Invitational and then was 20^th at the LCSC Invite…. Also competed during the outdoor track season... As a freshman, he finished either sixth or seventh on the cross country team throughout the season with the exception of a strong fifth-place placing at the Region I championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned all-state honors as a junior and senior in cross country and all-state in track his senior year for the 3,200 meters and the 3,200 relay… Was the regional champion his senior year in cross country… Lettered all four years in both cross country and track and was the team captain the final two seasons for both… Won the Most Valuable Runner on the team twice.
