COLLEGE: Made a bang in her season debut when she placed 11^th overall in the Whitman Invitational and was the fourth Warrior to cross the finish line… She was then the team’s No. 2 finisher at the Bob Firman Invite, and was consistently among LCSC’s top five finishers and wound up eighth overall in the Frontier Conference meet in Lewiston… Had such a strong season that she was one of seven runners to represent the team at the NAIA National Meet where LCSC wound up placing 14^th overall… She also competed in the middle distance races and the steeplechase during the spring outdoor track season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for state all four years in cross country at Weiser… As a senior, she finished fourth in the 1,600 and fifth in the 3,200 and the Idaho state Class 3A meet in Boise… Finished second three consecutive years at the 3A state cross country meet to a runner from Bear Lake, including her senior year when she was one of three runners to break the 20-minute barrier… She finished third at the state meet as a freshman… As a team, Weiser finished second her freshman and sophomore seasons, and third her junior year and sixth her senior season… Also was on the basketball team.
 

PERSONAL: Born June 22, 1990… Parents are Mark and Ellen Palmer and she is the oldest of four children... Has two brothers, Edgar and Jonathan, and one sister, Marquita… Her hobbies include snowboarding, playing in the water, swing dancing and outdoorsy stuff… Her major is Biology.
