As a sophomore topped best
5k time from previous year,
running in 19:39.2 and
placing 25th at the LCSC
Invitational…started career
by finishing 34th overall at
the Whitman
Invitational…broke the
20-minute mark at the LCSC
Invitational where she
placed 34th…best mark came
in the Frontier Conference
race where she finished 14th
in 19:49.04…competed in
distance races during the
outdoor track season.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Competed at State in cross
country all four years for
Quincy High School…placed
11th her freshman year…set
personal best as a senior
with a time of 19:19… went
to state track meet junior
year in the 1600m and 3200m
and senior year in the
3200m, placing 15th…holds
the school record in both
the 1500m and 3200m…served
as team captain of the cross
country team for four years,
and was voted Outstanding
Female Athlete at the UW
Olympic Peaks camp during
the summer of 2007.
