He cut a minute off his
8k time from the second
to the fourth meet of
the season…recorded a
personal-best time of
27:32.82 in the Frontier
Conference meet, which
placed him 14th overall
and ninth among all LCSC
runners….owns
personal-best 3-mile
time of 16:01.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Participated in cross
country and track for
three seasons at Havre
High School and was
captain of the cross
country team his senior
year…all-state performer
in both sports all three
years…divisional
champion his senior
year…ran 16:01 for the
3-mile, 9:56 for 3,200
meters, 4:33 for 1,600
meters, and 52.4 for 400
meters —all at high
altitude.
