HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters each in cross country and track under coaches Craig Deitz and Alex Dressel…Captained both squads as a senior…Broke Mt. Spokane’s 5K record with time of 15:26 for seventh in state meet…Finished fifth at Border Clash…Best times on track were 4:20 mile and 9:23 2-mile…Went to Junior Olympic Nationals three times, once for XC, twice for track.

PERSONAL: Born May 8, 1994 in Spokane to Todd Johnson and Kelli Selden…Has one brother, Hayden…Enjoys writing lyrics, playing guitar and drawing in his spare time…Plans to major in Creative Writing at LCSC.

WHAT I LIBE BEST ABOUT XC/TRACK PROGRAMS: I like how close we are. It’s as if we are a family. We look out for one another and make sure we’re doing what we’re supposed to.
