JUNIOR: Warriors’ No. 3 finisher at NAIA Nationals (77th overall) and the Frontier Conference Championship (ninth overall)…44th overall at Inland Northwest, just behind teammate Madison Randall…67th overall at prestigious Bowles Invitational at Willamette…Placed seventh in 3000m at Cougar Invite during outdoor season.

SOPHOMORE: Had a solid season which saw her be one of the team’s seven runners at the national meet…Highlight of the season came in the Frontier Conference meet when she placed eighth overall and third on the team, which earned her all-conference honors…Was among the top six finishers in every meet during the regular season…Ran a season-best time of 19:26 at the Warrior Invite where she placed 23rd overall…Was the No. 5 finisher on the team at the Idaho Cup and then No. 4 at both Erick Anderson Memorial and Willamette Invite…In outdoor season, she qualified for nationals in the women’s marathon and wound up 34th overall in 3:27:27.62…Redshirted in 2009-10.

FRESHMAN: In Warrior debut placed 11th overall at the Whitman Invitational and was the fourth LCSC woman to cross the finish line…Team’s No. 2 finisher at the Bob Firman Invite, and was consistently among LCSC’s top five finishers…Eighth overall at the Frontier Conference Championships in Lewiston…On varsity squad at the NAIA National meet in which LCSC placed 14th overall…Competed in the middle distance races and the steeplechase during the spring outdoor track season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for state all four years in cross country at Weiser High School…As a senior, finished fourth in the 1600m and fifth in the 3200m at the Idaho state Class 3A meet in Boise…Runner-up for three consecutive years at the 3A state cross country meet to same runner from Bear Lake each time, including her senior year when she was one of three runners to break the 20-minute barrier…Finished third at the state meet as a freshman… As a team, Weiser finished second her freshman and sophomore seasons…Member of the basketball team.

PERSONAL: Born June 22, 1990…Parents are Mark and Ellen Palmer and she is the oldest of four children…Two brothers, Edgar and Jonathan, and one sister, Marquita…Hobbies include watching Glee with Kelsey and Big John…Majoring in Biology.
