L-C hoops teams crack top 25

The Lewis-Clark State men's and women's basketball teams both broke into the NAIA Division I top 25 this week after extended absences from the poll.

The Warrior men landed in 15th place while the women jumped to the 23rd spot. Both clubs opened the Frontier Conference season with wins over Carroll and Rocky Mountain last week.

The teams will take on Westminster in a doubleheader at the Activity Center on Saturday night. The women will play at 6 followed by the men at 8.
