2006-07: Enjoyed a remarkable first year in the program, highlighted by being named the Frontier Conference’s Freshman of the Year…was the team’s starting point guard…had season highs of 19 points, nine rebounds, right assists, and five steals…had four games where he made three 3-pointers…averaged 8.3 points and 4.4 rebounds per game…led the team in steals with 57 and was second in assists with 69…also finished third on the team in rebounding.

HIGH SCHOOL: Napoleon attended Central Kitsap High School and was nominated as a Washington State All Star…averaged 10 points, six rebounds, two steals and four assists per game.

PERSONAL: Business major…son of Napoleon and Lanie Gordon.

Coach Walker: "JR is the glue that makes us go.  He starts by putting good ball pressure on the ball defensively, which really sets the tone for us.  I just love his approach to the game.  He loves to play, and has such a great passion for the game that it’s contagious among his teammates.  We should see great things from JR this year."
