2006-07: Red-shirt

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Pembroke High School in 2004….averaged 19 points, 5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game as a senior…was the team’s MVP three straight years…also played for the Norwood Flames Basketball Club, where he was named the Most Promising Guard…he also was an all-state selection for South Australia in 2004. 

PERSONAL: Business major…born on April 18, 1987 and is the son of Manfred and Heather Papendieck….hobbies include music, going to the beach, good food, and relaxing.

Coach Walker: "Max works really hard.  He really improved his strength and quickness over his redshirt year.  Max can shoot it and he has a quick first step.  He’s still learning to play defense the way we want it done, but has really made great strides to get himself in a position to earn some playing time this year."
