JUNIOR COLLEGE:  Helped Bakersfield Community College qualify for the Final Four in the California State playoffs last season… Team finished 22-15 and was seeded 12th in the state playoffs, but won three straight games, including an 80-77 triumph over San Francisco, which was the No. 1 seed from Northern California… He played in 36 games and averaged 9.6 points per outing, including a 12.8 average in conference games... Shot 53.4 percent from the field, 35.1 percent from the 3-point line and 65.1 percent at the foul line... He also averaged 3.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.8 steals per game… Earned second-team all-league honors last season.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Attended Junipero Serra High School in Gardena, Calif., and played both basketball and volleyball... Was the MVP of the league his junior and senior seasons and earned all-CIS honors both years... Also earned all-area honors in volleyball his final two seasons.
