2008-09:
Came on at the end of
last season and started
five of the final six
games of the season…
Scored 11 points in his
Warrior debut… Had three
games with double-digit
scoring, including a
season-high 18 points
against Walla Walla
University when he was
8-of-13 from the field…
Just missed a
double-double in another
game against Walla Walla
with 10 points and a
season-high nine
rebounds…. Also had nine
rebounds against Montana
Western… Had game highs
of four blocks and two
steals… Finished second
on the team in
free-throw shooting at
83.3 percent.
PREVIOUS SCHOOLS:
Played for Tennessee
State for one season
after sitting out a year
and transferring from
Wright State… Played in
25 games for the Tigers
in 2007-08 and started
four… Averaged 1.6
rebounds and 1.2 points
per game... He scored a
season high 10 points on
5-of-7 shooting, and
scored six points during
a crucial stretch of the
game against Murray
State in the semifinals
of the conference
tournament… The 83-75
upset win helped the
Tigers advance to the
tournament championship
game for the first time
since 1998, but it fell
to Austin Peay 82-64… He
also had a season-high
six rebounds against
Akron… Finished the
season shooting 41.2
percent from the field
(14-of-34) and also
blocked 11 shots… During
his freshman season at
Wright State in 2005-06,
he played in 17 games
and averaged 0.5 points
and 0.5 rebounds per
outing.
HIGH
SCHOOL:
Split time between Ohio
and Virginia during his
high school years, and
finished up at
Mercersburg Academy in
Pennsylvania. During his
senior season, he drew
interest from Wright
State,
Tennessee-Chattanooga,
Rider, Fordham, and
South Florida… Helped
his team win a state
title in prep school,
and won tournament MVP
honors.
