| Jason is the lone
senior on the Warrior roster this season. Jason prepped at Benson High School in Portland
where he was selected first-team all-state both his junior and senior years. He was named
the PIL Player of the Year and was named high schoool All-American his senior year,
averaging 17 points, seven rebounds and five assists per game. During his junior season at the University of Portland after a redshirt year, Jason was named to the all-tournament team at the University of Hawaii Tournament. Last season, he was an all-tournament team selection at the Fairfield Tournament. As a freshman,he scored 19 points in the first half against Oregon State. Coach Pfeifer on Jason Franklin: "Obviously, we anticipate Jason will be an immediate impact player for the Warriors this coming season. He possesses the ability to generate points off the catch and off the dribble, and he is an aggressive defensive player." |
