Coach Pfeifer on Way: "Phil has all the physical tools.  He is long in his physical make-up.  He is a quick jumper and has above average strength.  We need Phil to capitalize on those assests and find him pulling down more rebounds and shooting the ball more consistently.  All those goals are attainable and much needed to this year's team."
