Warriors Hold on at #25
LEWISTON, ID-The Lewis-Clark State College men’s basketball team is ranked #25 in the latest NAIA Division I Top 25 poll, released Tuesday, February 12th.
Lewis-Clark State (19-8, 8-3 Frontier) split a pair last week, rolling past Montana Tech, 89-73, and then losing to Montana-Western, 93-82. This week, L-C will host #10 Carroll College (22-5), Thursday night, and then Rocky Mountain on Saturday night.
The top five has been shaken up from last week. Georgetown College (27-1) moves back into first, receiving ten first-place votes. The Tigers were ranked #1 two weeks ago. Biola University (28-2) slips to #2 after losing last week. The Eagles picked up one first-place vote. Oklahoma Baptist (24-2) moves up three spots to #3 and picked up the remaining first-place vote. Union University (24-3) also moved up in the polls, one spot, to number four. Also moving into the top five is McKendree College (25-3). They move up two spots.
Westminster College received 17 votes and Montana-Western two
votes for the Top 25.
