seeing action in 14 games…Scored 3 points vs. Montana Tech on January 12,
'02 in a 119-78 win...Coach Pfeifer on Chad: “When Chad came to us,
the difference between high school and college was apparent. The speed of
the game and the time you have to make decisions was going faster than he
was ready for. Near the end of last year, his awareness and his grit
increased. That growth needs to continue. He is a very good outside shooter.
He has spent time in the off-season in the weight room. Once he starts to
understand how to play in our motion better and he can function with
instinct versus delayed thought, he will become a much better player and his
natural offensive traits will then be able to shine.”
