ranked No. 18; women are No.

The Lewis-Clark State
College men’s tennis team
remained at No. 18, while
the women’s team fell three
spots to No. 22 in the
latest NAIA polls, which
were released on Wednesday.
The Warrior men, 12-10
overall, drew 86 points to
remain in the same position.
Auburn University Montgomery
dropped its first match of
the season, but remained in
the top spot, while Fresno
Pacific took over the No. 2
position. Embry Riddle was
ranked No. 3, followed by
Azusa Pacific at No. 4 and
California Baptist at No.
5.
On the women’s side, LCSC
fell from No. 19 to No. 22
despite being idle last
week. The Warrior women
close out their regular
season on Saturday against
both Eastern Washington and
Idaho in Moscow.
Auburn Montgomery also held
the No. 1 spot in the
women’s poll, followed by
Fresno Pacific, Azusa
Pacific, Lindsey Wilson, and
Vanguard.
Both LCSC teams are the only
Region 1 teams to be ranked.
The highest ranked team in
each region earns a berth to
the NAIA national tournament
in Alabama in mid May.
