JUNIOR: Named to Frontier Conference’s All-Academic Team…saw action in a team-tying best 96 games and 25 matches…led the team with 26 service aces and serving percentage at .945, and tied for third in digs with 179. SOPHOMORE: Played in all 28 matches…Had 250 digs for an average of 2.45 per game…Recorded 26 service aces. FRESHMAN: Saw action in 20 matches where she recorded six service aces…registered 62 digs for an average of 1.48 a game. HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letter winner in both volleyball and softball at Century…was team MVP and captain, and first-team all-conference her senior year when team finished second at state. PERSONAL: Born Aug. 6, 1984 in Ogden, Utah….parents are Lynn and Ann Shinney… has one two brothers, Steve and Danny, and one sister, Kristie…Husband Keith is a senior at LCSC…Majoring in Psychology.
