JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played a key roll in helping the Chukars of Ontario, Ore., turn around their season as the team was 4-8 at one point before winning five straight to finish the season at 14-14…was selected as the team’s most improved player as a freshman…primarily was a middle blocker.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was an all-around standout at Council where she lettered three times in volleyball, basketball and track...she was named the school’s Female Athlete of the Year both her junior and senior year and also was the Long Pin Conference MVP in volleyball both years…during her senior year, she was chosen first-team all conference in basketball and won the coach’s award…was team MVP in volleyball both junior and senior seasons and earned Best Offense award in basketball both her sophomore and junior seasons…chosen Most Inspirational during her freshman track season.
PERSONAL: August 19, 1985 in McCall….parents are Mike and Janice… has three brothers, John, Ben and Matt…Grandmother graduated from LCSC…will pursue degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Education at LCSC.
FAVORITE MOVIE: Last of the Mohicans.
FAVORITE FOOD: Italian.
DREAM JOB: Chef.

NICKNAME: Liz.
COACH MELLINGER ON LIZ: “She is very athletic. She touches at 9-foot-9, 9-10 on her. I think she jumps out of the gym. She has a beautiful arm swing and gives us experience on the outside.”
