Lewis-Clark
State College’s Lindsay
Scott, a 5-foot-8 junior
from Kennewick, Wash.,
has been named Libero of
the Week by the Frontier
Conference, league
officials announced on
Tuesday.
Scott helped the
Warriors to victories
over Rocky Mountain and
Carroll College last
weekend. Scott averaged
four digs per game and
also finished with four
service aces. She has
played a variety of
positions this season
for the Warriors, but
recently has been the
team’s libero.
LCSC, 10-2 in conference
play and 16-5 overall,
wraps up regular-season
play this week against
Montana-Western and
Montana Tech on the
road. LCSC is currently
tied for first place in
the conference standings
and would be the top
seed in the conference
tournament if it wins
both matches this week.
