The Lewis-Clark State College women’s volleyball team remained at the No. 12 spot this week in the NAIA Coaches’ Top 25 poll, which was released on Tuesday.
The Warriors won both of their matches last week to improve to 14-0 overall, which gives them the best record in the NAIA to this point. No. 3 ranked Concordia of California is 13-0. The top four spots in the second regular-season poll remained the same and there was only slight movement below. LCSC kept its No. 12 ranking with 438 points, only two behind No. 11 Georgetown of Kentucky, and eight points behind No. 10 Lindenwood of Missouri. Great Falls was the only other Frontier Conference team to receive votes, but failed to crack the Top 25. The Warriors hit the road for conference play this week, tangling with Montana State-Northern at 6 p.m. on Friday in Havre, Mont., and then travel to Great Falls for a 1 p.m. matchup on Saturday.
