FRESHMAN: Player in 21 matches and 37 sets during her initial season…showed promise as a setter as she finished third on the team in assists with 79…also had 15 digs, two service aces, and a kill…best match was a 22-assists performance in a five-set win over Madonna at a tournament in Florida early in the season…also had eight assists against Whitman...had a season-high four digs against Madonna and also had her lone block assist of the season in that match… recorded her kill against Warner Pacific… finished with a 2.1 assists per set average.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Bishop Amat Memorial High School in La Puente, Calif…played on the varsity volleyball team all four seasons…won the Lancer Award as a freshman and then was a second-team all-Del Rey League selection as a sophomore and junior before being named to the first team as a senior…also was the team captain her final two years and was the team’s Offensive MVP as a junior and overall MVP as a senior. She also won the team’s Scholar Athlete Award…earned two all-tournament team honors…also played small forward on the basketball team.
