Warrior Volleyball Picked to Finish First

The Frontier Conference recently released its preseason volleyball coaches poll. Lewis-Clark State College and Carroll College were tabbed as the favorites fro this season. Each team earned 51 total points with Carroll receiving five first-place votes and LCSC garnering two first-place votes.The University of Montana-Western was picked to finish third followed by defending conference champion, Rocky Mountain College in fourth place. Montana State University-Northern and Montana Tech are picked fifth and sixth, respectively, followed by Westminster College of Salt Lake City and newcomer, the University of Great Falls bringing up the rear.
The Warrior will open play on Thursday, August 23rd, as they open the Lewis-Clark State College Invitational against Simon Fraser University at 7:00 PM in Warrior Gymnasium. L-C will open conference play at home, Thursday, September 13th, against the University of Great Falls, at 7:00 PM.
