Covelli Named Frontier Conference Setter of the Week

LEWISTON, ID-Lewis-Clark State College freshman setter Jennifer Covelli (Edmonton, Alberta/Salisbury Composite High School) was named the Frontier Conference’s Setter of the Week for the week ending September 16th. Covelli was named Setter of the Week two weeks ago by the Frontier Conference. Montana Tech outside hitter Leah McKenna was named the Player of the Week.

Covelli recorded 97 assists in two conference matches last week. She leads the team in assists with 641, an average of 12.57 per game.

The 13th-ranked Warriors will travel to Dillon, MT to take on the University of Montana-Western (formerly Western Montana College), Friday night, at 6:00 PM Pacific. The Warriors will conclude the trip on Saturday at Montana Tech in Butte. That match will start at noon Pacific.
