Allison Adcock to Attend LCSC and Play Volleyball
Lewiston, ID-New Lewis-Clark State College volleyball coach Jason
Zoeteman didn’t have to venture too far to find his first recruit for the 2002
volleyball season. He signed Allison Adcock (Vacaville, CA/Solano CC), an
outside hitter for the Falcons of Solano Community College, the school where
Zoeteman recently coached.
"Allison is a welcome addition to our line up," said Zoeteman. "She brings with her a lot of enthusiasm and two great years of junior college experience. I know her attitude and work ethic will raise our level of play."
Adcock, a 5-9 soon to be junior, holds several records at SCC. She holds career records in kills, 482, digs, 335, and service aces, 89. She also holds single season records in attempts, 875, kills, 300, and digs, 197.
Adcock helped lead the Falcons to a 15-3 record this past year and an appearance in the NorCal playoffs, the school’s first in 20 years.
NOTE: Zoeteman has also received verbal commitments from: Michelle Martin, a 5-10 middle blocker/outside hitter from Southwestern Oregon Community College; Charyn Yancy, a 5-11 MB/OH from Blackfoot, Idaho; Thea Easterbrook, a setter from Orofino, Idaho.
