A Performance Confirmation Packet will be emailed to you by 4/01/13.
WHERE IS THE COMMUNITY STAGE LOCATED?
Please note the New Location!!!
To provide community entertainment at no cost to your viewers, we have placed the Community Stage performance area outside the main Art Under the Elms perimeter, next to the Sam Glenn Complex and the Student Union Building (4th Street and 9th Ave. area). Performers and their families wishing to enter the main Art Under the Elms grounds (Food Court, Family Fun Faire, Artisan Green and SUB Stage venues) may purchase admission at any Admission Gate.
WHERE CAN WE PARK TO LOAD IN & LOAD OUT?
Unloading and loading of your equipment and performers is available in the reserved loading zone in front of Williams Conference (Corner of 4th Street and 9th Ave. on the LCSC campus.) Parking is available in the 4th Street parking lots between 7th and 9th Avenues.
HOW LARGE IS THE STAGE?
The stage dimensions are 24’ x 16’, which will safely accommodate larger groups of performers.
WHAT CAMPUS RULES APPLY AT AUE?
Alcohol is not permitted on LCSC property. Animals are not permitted on the LCSC campus during Art Under the Elms, with the exception of Service Animals.
