Jim has been with BTS since fall of 1994. He earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College in 1988.
He began a retailing career while attending college. Shortly after graduation, he became the store manager of the store he was working at. He continued his involvement with LCSC by serving on the Mid-Management Advisory committee. He later joined LCSC as faculty in 1994. Jim completed his Master's of Education degree in Business Education in 1998.
Jim is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
