Jennifer joined the Business Technology & Service team in 1994 after graduating from the BTS Administrative Secretary A.A.S. and Office Automation A.A.S. degree programs. She served as the administrative assistant for the division for 12 years. She went on to earn her B.A.S. degree in Applied Technology. She is now an instructor in the division.
