Professional Background:
Cindi worked in the banking industry for 13 years
and served in many capacities, including: Asst.
Vice-President and Branch Manager, Sales
Manager-Boise, and Branch manager in Lewiston.
Cindi began work at LCSC in 2002
in the
Athletics area in development as well as working on the
World Series. She ended her work in Athletics as
Director of Development, Athletics. She left this
position to work on her Masters degree but continued
at LC in a TRiO program. In the late summer of 2011,
Cindi came to work for the Business Division as the
Lewiston Program Advisor.
Personal:
Cindi was raised all over the US as the child of a
career marine. When her Dad retired from the
service, they moved to San Juan Capistrano,
California, where her parents still live.
Cindi is married to Donn Durgan, Regional President
for Syringa Bank. They have one son, Brett.
Association, Affiliations and Special
recognitions:
Cindi is on the Twin County United Way Board and
works on the Women's Leadership Council committee
for United Way. She is a member of the
Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and has
volunteered at their annual International
Conference. Cindi is
active in the LCSC Professional Staff Organization
and serves on numerous committees for the PSO,
including: the Mentor Committee, Professional
Development Training, and Greivance.
Interests:
Cindi loves spending time at home with her family and
dogs. She loves to learn by reading the latest
books and is currently learning to play the cello.
She is a swimmer and avid gym user. |
