Professional Background:
Jenny Scott has served in several leadership roles spanning corporate, nonprofit, and municipal environments. In addition to joining the LCSC faculty in 2009, she also owns a leadership and organization development company. Jenny facilitates visioning sessions and strategic planning retreats, and provides organizational structure analysis for all types of organizations, but mostly nonprofits. She is committed to the philosophy and practice of servant leadership, with emphasis on stewardship and community building.

Jenny resides in southeastern Washington with her
husband and son.
